Things You Need to Know

At Camella g, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more.

Shipping

We only deliver in the UK. Most orders will ship out within 24hrs of ordering. We deliver your purchase using Royal Mail standard postage. Many of our items offer free postage. Any postage costs are clearly stated at the point of purchase. We strive to keep our postage costs as competative as possible.

Payment

We accept all major cards. You can still pay via Paypal without signing up for an account. Please look for the payment screen that reads "Don't have a PayPal account?" at checkout.

When will i receive my item?

Within 2-5 days of purchase.

The colour looks slightly different than the pictures?

Sometimes there is a slight variation of the colour due to lighting.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the UK

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We are happy to refund or exchange a product.

When making a return please be aware of the following:

Items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days

We do not refund the cost of return postage.
