When making a return please be aware of the following-

Items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging.

For hygeine reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days

We do not refund the cost of return postage

All purchases are shipped within 24hrs of your order.

We use Royal Mail standard delivery which takes 2-5 days.

Many of our products offer free delivery.  All postage costs are clearly stated at checkout.
